There is a saying, "Practice makes perfect", therefore, we need to practice concentrating on what we are going to do and what we are doing. I mean we need, again, to learn to focus on our assigned work, reading, doing exercises, etc. from which it literally means we learn to fine-tune our focus by degrees. In other words, we rarely can concentrate 100%, from my experience it also depends on other factors. Thus, the more we practice, the more percentage we can focus and concentrate on exams.

study study.. don't cram the night before. relax.. eat prior to exam.. focus..and chew a piece of gum during the exam.

dont think to much about what will happen to you tomorrow if you do then you will end up having mistakes. dont think that you will get low on the exam, just think positively

turn off the TV or computer monitors and lock yourself
in your room to study
