I bite off the chocolate at the top then my partner eats the egg bit, I think its too sweet and sickly and then I eat the rest of the chocolate.

Shove the whole thing in my mouth and slowly let it melt - you have to allow a few private moments for this though as talking is impossible and your expression is somewhat contorted.
