Probably when I got married, it changed everything, because I went to live abroad.

When I realised that only me could change my life. I was out shopping, doing normal everyday things, wishing my life was different. All I could see was the same old life for the next 30 or 40 yrs, trying to keep everybody happy while I was dying inside. So I went the bank, drew out my savings and with nothing but the clothes on my back and my handbag, I got on a train and disappeared for three days! My family were frantic, so I texted them to let them know I was ok and turned my phone off. I came back home and everyone was wary of me but now I'm not at their beck and call, I do what I want [or don't want] and I answer to no-one but myself. I will mention that my kids are all grown up, not small. I may seem selfish but I came way down the line when it came to putting wishes to reality. Not anymore!

1987 The day I found out that my fiancee had aborted my child was singularly the most defining moment in my life.

A part of me died with my child, and yet my child lives with in me.

It has changed me for the better, because often the worst things which happen to us do.

It has opened my eyes to the fact that in this backwards world where it is against the law for people to treat a common dog inhuman, those same people can murder there own offspring in the name of a woman's right of choice, without the consent of, or consideration given to the father.

For this reason I have stepped back as the observer looking upon my society and observing the actions of the people with in it, and through my own observations find that it is most often democratic politician's whom encourage this behavior.

Now the only things which I continue to ask myself is WHY?

And what can I do to affect a positive change for the better.

We must as a society Love, Respect, and Protect our Unborn, or we will not be capable of Loving and Respecting each other and our society will not survive period, nor will it be worthy of survival.

It was the moment I knew that my mother was murdered when I was 8. Since that moment, I grew into a different person. I had difficulties in life, but I grew into a strong woman. I learnt how to deal with life and be strong the hard way.

When I became prenant with my 1st child. It changed the entire direction of my life: socially, career-wise, family, outlook on life, personal priorities, etc. I feel that I'm much better off than I would have been had I not ever gotten pregnant.

I was 18.

It's not for everyone, but it was the best thing that ever happened to me.

I was about ten when I realized that "I" was defined by who I am not by what or who my parents are . After that day I was able to hold my head high and walk proudly in this world.

Getting married - the worst mistake of my life. I had even cancelled the wedding once and then got talked back into it. Even now I find it hard to believe how stupid I was.
