Yes, because when you're at the very bottom, where else is there to go but up again ?

Yes that pulls me through the downs. It has worked out that way for me. I always keep faith that I will be fine and can make it through anything.

every ending is a new chance given to you by spirit, the signs we need to follow our bliss are all around us but most do not heed them, then spirit is forced to take the proverbial 2x4 upside your head to get your attention. this is usually accomplished by having your comfort zone disenegrate forcing you to make choices and change that otherwise would have never happened.

Some crash into pieces when they get the bottom, some dig deeper down, so no, your formula can't be right for everybody.

You can never go deeper than 'down' there so you just go 'up up and away'.
