It's nice for them to breifly be admired by something they cannot have. (see forrbidden fruit theory) And at the same time girls do it too. Why? Cause we like the attention. Makes up feel pretty, and makes men feel more masculine.

men/boys think about sex approx 280 times every day....They are always on the prowl with their peni* no matter what we do...It is completely normal. It shouldn't stop you from looking too. Looking is always ok, but its when you touch when it is wrong...Variety is the spice of life...don't you think it's fun to look, and see how nice other boys/men look? It is just plain old human curiosity...
