It takes millions of years to transverse the universe. By the time they reached earth, their technology would be hopelessly outdated. So why would anyone want their technology?
Besides, you may even get sued for violating their copyright.

I dont thing that would be the case, if our government actually UFO techniology they would reveal it to the society cause it would release worldwide panic on aliens, so they would try to refer to somthing less tragic
