Find something interesting to do. If that's not possible, try having a little 10 minute nap at lunch time. This often helps you get through the afternoon without nodding off.

Get good rest and wake up to a well balanced breakfast. Both of these will give you the energy you need during the day. Have snacks throughout your day also. Healthy ones will give you more energy than cookies or something.

I don't have to sleep there cause I took part time job.
Hard, though to sleep on the chair, try bring a bed.

how is this in the newborn and baby category? haha well drink plenty of coffee, go to bed earlier, stuff like that. keep yourself busy! it really makes time go by so much faster...good luck!

coff-ay!!!!!! try to rearrange your day to give urself more time to sleep at night, if thats not possible i'd try an energy drink or coff-ay!
