My Kenmore doesn't drain water half of the times and does the same thing when it needs to squeeze the water of the clothes???

After its cycle is done it makes a ticking noise which use to indicate that it is about to drain water before but now nothing happens after that ticking noise???

Can someone please help?????

That might just be caused by a defective lid switch or lid switch actuator. Those should be the first things to check.

(this may not be the right part for yours. you didnt give a model # or a series like 70 series so this is just general info.

sounds like what happened to mine the pump got clogged what i did was to take the hose that goes to the drain and blow into it it removed what ever was cloged

Call Sears and get it fixed.
