well most people start alot younger. do you have 2 balls or 1 if you only have 1 ball you may not be able to reproduce therefore you may not ever have sperm sorry if so. but if you have 2 then chances are it will take a while but when you do have sperm come out for the first time it will have a little blood in it thats normal for the first time or two you have sperm come out. good luck

I think you are referring to semen ? You just havn't reached the end yet. If thats what you are trying to achieve - blowing, then maybe you aren't quite in the right mood. Try looking at pictures that make you aroused when doing it - i know it sounds lame, but once you know what you are doing you'll be fine :)
