If an M-80 went off in front of your house at 2am?
If someone drives by with their stereo cranked so you can't even hear your TV?
If someone drove by blaring their horn? While you are sleeping?
Do people making this noise have a right to do it outside your home?

Hammer: oooh what a tough sounding name. I'm soooo scared. Stop crying, I'll leave you alone. I can tell you can't take it.

Firecracker: Hey bonehead, did you read the question. It is for owners of loud bikes. Can you read or did your mommy write for you?

Harley D. What an original name for a biker. So, if I drive by your house blowing my horn every day, that won't bother you? You need to be more honest with yourself.

Simon: Seriously, I can't hear any motorcycle in my car until they are right next to me, so I don't think the noise helps. But I might be able to SEE you if there was something to see. A black motorcycle with minimal lighting and black clothes is almost impossible to see from the side view. Don't blame the others drivers if you are invisible.

The truth is ,I'm far to busy to let sounds upset me. I have a business to run, dogs, bikes, a truck, a car ,and a house ,to take car of.
You must have a very empty life to let sounds upset you so, I feel very sorry for you.

Man, you ARE on a bender about this, aren't you? Thanks for pigeonholing all motorcyclists together in the Loud Pipes Save Lives and Piss Off the Neighbors category.
My bike only gets loud above 12,000 RPM, and at that point you won't hear me for much longer anyway. Perhaps you should complain to the 2AM straight-pipe bikers instead of whining here, because you're not going to get results from Yahoo Answers.

Listen, Bonehead.
I didn't bother reading the other answers, and I won't go to your other questions either. But I have something for you.
I live in New Hampshire. I know you don't live near me, and my bike is not loud. I am probably the only one on two wheels in this state right now. I don't pass your house. I'm not the one aggravating you. What makes you think it's ok to annoy people way the heck out here? Or the rest of the World, for that matter? You won't find your help here. There is nothing we can do for you. It's your nieghborhood, clean it up. Mine is just fine.
Now,
Go away, kid. You bother me.

I have 3 very loud bikes.I really don't have a problem with anyone outside my house because I have an 85 acre farm and my house sits in the middle of it.I am also surrounded by several big farms my closest neighbor is about a mile away,If you have problems you should move to the country.
Nobody likes a cry baby. They are very annoying.Much worse than loud pipes.

The sound of bone crushing along with the scalp and flesh being *RIPPED* from your skull as I dump the clutch on my 650lb motorcycle and roll over your head!
But hey, tools sometimes make noise and if that's what it takes to get the job done, fine by me.
Hey, my pipes are loud so I won't be able to hear your skull crush, Thank God, that sound bothers me.

Yeah, I've been wakened by a neighbor blasting his horn in the driveway a few times, I've been wakened by a barking dog a few times, I've even been wakened by a punk assed kid's stereo once when I was in a hotel. But you know what? I got over it.
