I don't think you are smart. Your question doesn't make sence and it is written in the wrong tense. You should have said:" I wonder why girls think that i am smart."

If I were a girl I'd question your intelligence too because with questions like this it could be the same reason why I think right now your head is unfortunately full of something other than brains.
