really how do i validate my e-mail?

i want to log in to this poetry site to submit my poetry but i cant i get response like please validate your e-mail,send e-mail validation php on line 134 or contact web master

Usually when they say that, they send you an email with a link in it, if you open that and click on the link, that will validate your email, but be sure to read the text, because sometimes there are two links, one to validate, and one to say that you don't want any mail from them.

You need to log into your email account, and follow the link that is in the email that the poetry site sent you when you registered.
