You have 2 choices:

1) You can make your own server and host the site on it... install linux if you are running PHP scripts or Windows 2003/XP for IIS if ure code is ASP or any .NET stuff
- Get ureself a good internet connection
- Buy a domain name and redirect DNS to ure servers IP

2) you can use a hosting server, there are plenty, just search webhosting... yahoo offers a good hosting service
there's www.powweb.com they're cheap and good... compare soma packages and decide whats good for you... then u can register a domain and upload ure site to their servers...
OR you can host it for free woith geocities or angelfire or any of those free services... they will give u free storage but in return will display their ADs on ure site, and u dont get a domain name and ure site wont look as professional as it would if u had paid for it

Good Luck

If you're running Windows XP Professional or some flavour of Linux, you can set up your own web server (in XP it's call Internet Information Services). If you dont' have a static IP, you can use a service like Dyndns.org to point the domain name to your home computer's IP (www.whatismyip.com). If you don't have a domain name, find and buy one at godaddy.com.
