the meaning has different variations and variables. success can be anything to big money or struggling day to day life. and it could be something like the labor of love and working on your skills to self taught philosophy's.. success is a stepping stone to fulfillment
or success can be a stepping stone to reach to your potentail
or success can be a gaol structure reaching to an ambition in life. it could be planning or it could be spontaneity of natural abilities..or success can be folowing your dreams
Most artists of today all they want is recognition
and some will want the power and Glory
others may be their lifetime achievement
the list goes on.but the most ingredient for success if
you think you are worthwhile as a person as well as an individual
if you think you ain't worthwhile you will struggle. it really goes back to good self esteem and how you think about yourself as a person in how you relate to the world.

I think the meaning of success differs from each person. But my personal meaning of success is being perfectly content with the outcome of your action. Feeling happy. Not the kind of happiness that just lasts for a short time period. but the happiness thats eternal. that lives forever inside of you. That whenever you look back on that certain experience of "success" that it bring nothing BUT a smile to your face.

To me, success is a state where I should feel mentally and physically as nothing else is required. This can be achieved by trining the mind on not clinging to any form but understanding spontaneously as it appears. Till reaching that state, I am unsuccessful.

success is relative.
if you are happy with where you are and you thiink you have made a good life for yourself, you are successful.
it doesn't matter if your a hobo or some video game freak. if your life is good enough for you, you're a success.
