i really need to talk to someone my husband left me has totally confused me has admitted to having an affair i can not handle my life anymore

First things first you can handle life because you are here searching for answers knowing that you want to go on. I am sure you are totally confused. Just to be clear he has already left you for her. What you have do know is whether it is totally over that way you can move on.
What I suggest if it is over you have to treat the end of the marriage as a death. The next step is to use the 5 step grief plan you can usually find it if type "5 Step to coping with grief." into any search engine you should find some tips on how to cope with the loss.

You can handle your life, it's just an awful time. I have also just found out my partner has been having an affair. Life does go on as does happiness. You will grieve for a while & it will almost feel unbearable, but it does get better & go away. Your husband has been dishonest & has hurt you in the worst way possible but one day in the near future you will just laugh at him because he is such a )*&()*^()). Keep going. Get your friends/family around you & stay strong till the storm passes.

You have to find SOME WAY to see something positive from this! It's hard for anyone to handle a life full of drama, good thing for you it sounds like maybe some of the drama maybe coming to an end. You are the only person in your life that owes "you" something, and right now you need to get you okay and take care of #1. If he cheated and he left, let him go...it's not easy but it's the only option that works. Tell yourself you are better than that, you deserve way better and you will have way better. Your more in control than you are giving yourself credit for. Turn this crap around, take control of the wheel and drive! You are capable of whatever future you seek to have, now that he is out of the way, you can go get it!

What you are going through is really painfull.
If has left , do not go after him, and for having
an affair, he does not deserve you.
You are confused but try to pull yourself togther its not the end of the world.
You will get back on your feet but its ok to grieve just do not loos e your life over him its notr worth it.
