Oh god YES! The stronger and smellier the better. St Agur, strong Cheddar, really strong Cheddar, creamy Leerdammer, smelly Stilton, Brie, Feta, Mozzarella. I love it all. Especially straight from the fridge, carving away with a little knife.
Weirdly, as a kid, I hated cheese, but when I hit about 15, I came round to the darkside. Especially when served with good crackers and Port!
I also love to grate it on everything else, as it usually improves it. Spag bol with lots of grated cheese melting over it - ummm grated, melted cheese! Try putting some grated Cheddar in your mashed potato. Lovely!
I’m getting big cheese cravings now thinking about it. Damn you!

I enjoy having a selection of cheese and crackers... especially during the festive season.
Wenysdale on Cornish Wafers are one of my favourites. I loathe Stilton (smells like my dad's socks!! Honestly).

Yes. The calcium in it is good for your bones. Just don't eat too much of it because of the cholesterol in it. They also make lite cheese with less fat in it.
