Yes..Engineering has highest status in Indian society.
Engg with MBA or M.Tech is still better..

the question is vague, are you asking if they have a high social standing (looked up too?), or the level of money? It all depends on the field of expertise, a civil engineer may be considered a higher class then let say a...parts designer.

Reasonably good. ITI, D.E, ,B.E.,M.E., are the grades..
IIT, Students command more respect. Engineerig graduates with MBA are superb.
All said and done their level is less than medicos.

u being already a part of it may have experienced so why ask.any way it depends on how u look at it.engg or no engg what the soc intially looks at is ur bank balance and then evluates u.

East or West engg studen's are best in the country.

its all depend upon where tht person studying ...
level depends upon the recognised & reputed universities & colleges....
