Important and urgent?

Last day i was in a mall , that mall location isin one of the richest places where i live, there were people full of sh...t in the mall the ones you fell like they are not walking but flying...i went in a fast food i choose my sandwich then had to pay in the cashier counter , not paying attentioni big blond guy pushed me and told me that he was there before and with total arrogance told me that there is a line behind....do you think that kind of guys can teach people good manners ?
