what do you mean?
do you just want to know how to sell an item on ebay?
or do you want to know how to set up a shop and get a wholesaler to supply you with stuff.
either way, you'll have to do it this way
1. set up an ebay account.
2. set up a paypal account
3. get a feedback rating of 5 or more (buy five things)
4. upgrade your paypal account to accept credit card payments
5. start selling on ebay.
NB: you will need a credit card yourself to do this.
not sure how much feedback you'd need to set up a shop but i certainly think you'd have to sell a good few things first.
as regards getting a wholesaler to supply you with products to sell i cant help you, you'll have to look around but be warned, theres so many scams out there regarding this kinda stuff.
