my wife left me and the kids to have an affair with an older man ,more than 22 years older than her.i have 6 children aged 16.15.13.8.and twins aged 7 .will she start to regret it or is it all over between them or is it the menapause?

She will regret it. U know naturally women are emotional and they feel easily for anything that happen whether it makes sense or not.
A time is coming she will need her childrens to talk to that is when she will regret it.
It is very bad.

I don't think all women can be categorised as every one differs - some do - some don't.
She may have been feeling totally neglected by you, it's not always about sex. If she's been treated like a doormat by you and or the kids, the unfortunately a little bit of flattery from elsewhere is a huge ego boost.

She may not. She would have made the decision after much thought. A mother wouldn't just walk into the arms of another man if there was reason. Look after your kids and be happy that she isn't living a lie with you because now you are free to find a new partner who will love you. She doesn't anymore. Sorry.

Ironic that some Men like you seem to be faithful and wife not but many Men go and leave wives behind with children with no remosre so maybe some men out there should find out from you what is like for the woman to leave.

Sad enough. Check if you are not yet menapause urself? because she would hardly go after another man if you were still actively kicking. Not after all the kids. Get back into full action men or risk more extra marital activities on her part.

She will regret it but dont take her back, if they do it once they'll do it again. Sounds like you're praying it wont work out for them, do you really want her back after leaving you and the children? You'll manage, us mothers have to, just get on with it, you're better off.

there is no general answer ..it has to do with the person , if man or woman ... u should go on with ur life ... of course its hard but do u really want her back or is it just because of the kids ???

some do I guess, I know some that do, and a few that really don't regret it at all! Don't assume it is all hormones, sometimes there are valid reasons why women get fed up, we are not all hormones!
