Ive been pregnant before and this really feels like it but it's only been a week since I could have possibly gotten pregnant.

I cant get comfortable sleeping, Ive been spotting, Im more tired than normal, and my god do I have some weird cravings! Plus I have some abdonimal cramping.

Could I be pregnant? And if so, when do you think the best time would be to take a pregnancy home test?

We are in the same boat. I have been feeling this way too. I have been feeling like i am going to throw up, twinges in my stomach, headaches and i am so tired. I have had sex many times this month with my husband but i am scared about one time when we did cause i don't believe he pulled out in time.
I don't know if i am making myself sick in feeling this way or if i am. I don't know. My period is due the 3rd so i am going to test tomorrow.
I just don't know if anyone would feel pregnant this soon cause when i was pregnant with my son i did not have no symptoms other than a missed period when i found out i was pregnant.

If you do not chart or monitor your fertility in any way, and you think you may have conceived, you should wait 19 days (or longer) after having sex to test. Why 19?! Sperm can live approximately 5 days in the proper environment; if the sperm managed to live until you popped an egg, the actual conception could have taken place several days after the sex act that got the sperm there. To make sure you're not testing too early, assume the sperm had very long lives (5 days is considered a very long sperm life) and that conception occurred then. Then allow 14 days for the embryo to implant and develop enough hCG to show up on a pregnancy test (96% of pregnant women will test positive by then.)

Good luck to you and me both!

this might be PMS, if it has only been a week since you might have gotten pregnant it is probably too early to feel pregnant. on the other hand, you could be pregnant and had a period during the very early stages of it. what you are feeling now could be pregnancy related, go on and try an early preg test, it won't hurt you. (i don't recommend the Wal-Mart store brand tests, i took 3 and they all came out inconclusive and i was pregnant last year)

i finally took the one that has the digital read-out (maybe EPT?)

Yes.
Take the test a few days after the 1st day your period should be, that way it will be pretty much definate. Or take one the day you are supposed to be getting your period, and then another one a few days later, (if u don't get your period obviously.)
I recommend this because sometimes it could give you a negative in the very beginning, even though you are actually pregnant.
Good Luck.
