I have already run my ad ware and AVG free edition with positive results, but they pop up like every 20-30 seconds untill closed...I can't get rid of them.

ad-ware rarely works for me. sure it can remove cookies and stuff, but if i get infected, it doesn't really help. download spybot, it's free as well. review and download here: http://www.2-spyware.com/review-spybot-search-and-destroy.html

files like those are usually installed programs....so adware and Avg wont detect them as they will appear to be normal files to them. I would recommend using the Ad-ware personal SE edition. It is great for detecting spyware with pop up issues. Try running a scan with it and imsure it'll remove the problem. Cheers!

From your description, this could be one of 2 major infections.
The first could be something known as "Myzor" or "Security Center" which hijacks your browser on every launch. This also goes under the name of Spy Heal, Pest Capture, Malware Wipe, etc.

Go to http://www.mbusbyuk.info/links.html and scroll down the page to free online virus & spyware scans.
Select Ewido from the free spyware scanners.
When you get to the site, click on Scan My Computer.
This should fix your problem.
