Open the back and use a blow dryer
change the seal...or use any rubber when putting it back

It depends on whether its a mechanical or quartz watch. If it's mechanical, it would really need to be cleaned professionally to remove rust on the mainspring. If its an inexpensive quartz, consider a replacement. It isnt that easy to open the back of most watches. Take it to a pro if it's valuable.

I put mine in a pie warmer.....
where i work they have a pie warmer.
Think Seinfeld where Kramer uses the pizza place to warm his clothes.

Undo all the small screws and use a tool to dislodge it. its very easy but if you cant do it, take it to a professional.

this happens to me sometimes, I just rub it against my jeans really hard, the glass heats up and the water disappears..it works.
