I try to concentrate on my breath going in and out of my nostrils at the high point of the inside of the nostrils. I have heard of some people imagining a candle , a light of some kind or an object. The goal is to not think of anything at all

When i 1st start to meditate i clear my mind. "clearing of the mind to me is an image of white clouds parting to show darkness." now that my mind is so-called blank. i breath in and out. when i breath in i think of everything that i want to fix or what i am mad about. and then when i breath out i try to imagine all the different ways to fix my problem. And if i don't find a solution to my problem at lease i fell at peace with my self.
