Everything that exists is alive; because what characterizes life is movement. And there is movement in all things.
The mineral world is alive because there is movement in all of its atoms and it can progress. ( The fact that it can progress is very interesting but too far to comment on from your question.) The vegetable world is alive because it has the power of growth and so does obviously the animal kingdom.
All this reduces drastically your possibilities of choosing what to eat.
My suggestion is eat everything.... moderately.

You could drink water. And suck on some kinds of salt.
Other than that, nothing. Except in SF books where people have learned how to make food from raw petrochemicals.

that would include plants, so it would be very limited to dirt, water, and eggs (because technically they are not alive yet.)
