The ration shops meant for selling foodgrains ,sugar,kerocine to poor people have become the the breeding place for corruption.the benefit does not reach to the people.the foodgrain is sold in the black market by declaring that stock have exhausted.Government official are hand in glove with the ration shops.

You are right, the condition of public distribution system of food grains is deplorable in India. corruption, black marketing, chaos, bad behavior with customers etc are on the rampage. everyone involved in the system is so engrossed in corruption that they feel that its their right to do so. The common man is helpless.
