I am pulling as hard as I can, as well as uncliping the thing that releases it. Advice? It takes up two slots.

You should never force a computer component in the way you are describing.

The problem you are having is that the AGP or PCI-e retention clip at the base of the slot is holding it in. You either need to slide the lock or push down on the little black tab to release the video card.

Check where the card plugs into the motherboard, this clip will be on the opposite side of the slot from the back of the computer.
