you can go in for spybot in free..
or may b u can try the free norton antispyware wich is a feature in the yahoo toolbaar in the IE.

go to http://grisoft.com/doc and go to bottom of page, select free download for privite and business. This is fast and easy to operate and chech for spy's... 2 words that go together...
