You mean defragmenting command?
If so, Click start, programs, accessories, system tools and click Disk Defragmenter. thats it!

In My Computer - Right click eh drive you want to defragment, Click Properties(at the bottom of the list the came up), click the tools tab, click Defragment Now.

right click on your hard drive partition that you want to defragment, click properties, and then tools. the defragmentation should be there

click on "start" and select "run".
in the dialog box type "dfrg.msc" without the quotes and press enter.
you will get the defragmentation dialog box.
