Follow our dreams is wonderful but if we do not put some logic in it, it could be trap.
Together with our dreams we must think about the manifestation. Is it within reach?? Because if it is impossible to reach, we might feel miserable, a failure and lose other opportunities that come on our way.
First we try to follow our dream but if we realise it is impossible, try to find another chance somewhere near our dream.

Wow, great question. Its one thats really made me stop and think. You know, personally, even though i hate to admit it, i dont think i could lead a life not following my dreams and be content. My dream is something that ive been aiming towards reaching nearly all of my life. I have yet to reach it, but its something that you just dont give up on. I think its a bitter sweet thing to have dreams that mean so much to you. You know, having something that means alot to you is great and everyone should have something they can call their own. However, these day people will do WHATEVER it takes to reach some of them. Whether it be lie, cheat, or steal their way to success. For me, it something i have to try to keep balanced. You carry this dream with you for so long that without it, you wouldnt feel complete.

When I was younger I thought of following my dreams, now I have learned that it things that follow me: I can accept them or not, but it is not my decision to make what comes in my life's path. This does not mean I am a fatalist, it only means that I can choose between a limited field of choices. Furthermore I have noticed that if something is really important, the chance of doing it presents itself more than once (if I say no the first time, I have another chance of saying yes).

If you have strong enough dreams, you are bound to follow them up.
Successful are they who lead their dreams.... meaning they know what is the right kind of dreams they ought to have and make sure they fulfill those dreams.... right dreams dreamed with right passion and pursued in the right manner open up the opportunity windows.

Following a dream, sometimes is good to learn a lot. Sometimes foolishness. That is all depends upon the severity of your dream.

I try to maintain a balance of both-in order to follow my dreams I have to work very hard at a job that is exhausting to me in every way-sometimes to be able to afford my dreams I have to work lots and lots of overtime-which can lead me too tired to work on my true goals at my true pursuit and love in life. Unfortunately, my dream in life will never pay for itself and in order to have that happiness in my life-I must work constantly or give it up completely. So it is always a search for balance in my life....

i dont have dreams. dreams are for losers who just think about it but never do anything.
those who are successful have goals and their goals have a deadline.
most people follow their dreams and end up being total losers because that's what they were doing...following a dream with no substance behind it...like most people here on philosophy...
