2. Thanks Jim, I've received the money transfer, or simply
3. Thanks Jim, I've received the payment.

It depends, is this a personal or business transaction. If personal then I'd chose number two. If a business transaction then I'd chose number three, but I'd rewrite it. "I've received the payment. Thank you Jim"
