Uh, yeah. However, depending on the law in Ohio, it may get ugly and you may end up with nothing in terms of property. You might want to talk with a lawyer. The law varies a good bit from state to state. Were you pregnant before you married or did you have some extracurricular activity after being married and become pregnant with another man's child? If that's the case, it really may get messy.

Bottom line, you need to see an attorney to get information and be brutally honest about what happened. Do NOT sugar coat anything and don't say stuff like, "Well, he was a lousy husband that's why I cheated on him and got pregnant.".

Yes. There will be custody issues when the baby is born and the judge may delay the proceedings until after the baby is born before deciding, but it is still possible.
