People shouldn't worry much about life because it is very simple ......Nothing is simplier than something can finish in just one moment and you do not know when is this moment will come

everyone worries too much about the world and the state of there lives. and Life is Hard. So the simple answer to your question is Yes.

I don't think you can really answer that question without quantifying the question itself. Is Life Hard? Depends on who you are! I'm sure even Bill gates with his $8936893475892503756 has days That push him to the limits of his capacity to deal with them. I know I do. I'm sure you do. So Ya Life Is Hard. Do people worry too much? Ya! The more you have and the more you want and the more you think you need, the more you worry about getting it, and trying to get it, and to keep it once you have it, and to make sure you can protect it. Having and wanting creates worrying. Since most everyone on some level has wants, there will be worries Involved. are they silly? Ya! Are they stupid? Ya! Are they Wrong? Ya! Does That stop them from being? No!So Like I said before, there is a Simple one word answer to your question.

Yes.

Enjoy.

Life can indeed be hard and people can of course worry too much.... if only people take care rather than worry, life would certainly become easier.

An insightful question!! Thank you.

I think it's something we might regard both as a blend of, say, around 50% regarding 'life hard' and around 50% regarding 'people worry'. The two percentages are not strict, rather each might be more or less than 50% in the name of the art of flexibility since there is not such a formulaic solution for our lives.

I think life is easier now than, say, 200 years ago, from different points of view (e.g.: average living conditions) .... on the other side, there are other areas of life that have become harder ...
I think people do worry lots, mostly about things they can't really control; that's why I'd rather choose the second one ...
on the other side, as Karl Valentin once said: "In the past, even the future was better." ;)

Life is what one makes it.

Those who worry too much is because of their expectations. They depend so much on their expectations and worry that much for not meeting them....

Flexibility of mind and self knowledge makes life easier and ease the worries.
Detachment is the key.

life is not hard... people do worry too much. we create our own problems and obsess over them, and later discover that it's not a big deal.

I think it's a combination of both, but we as people tend to overstress things and overthink them. I don't think it's as hard as we make it, but there are still obstacles that get in our way. Perspective and attitude are big contributors.

Life is nothing by itself. It becomes what we make it. Life even doesn't exist. Only we exist- us and our surroundings. What is life? Isn't it just an abstract concept? Our surroundings shape us and we shape our surroundings. That's all there is.
