Random Program?

I was wondering if there is a program somewhere on the internet to where i could put it numbers, and it would automatically do a random drawing for me? Is there such program?

You could write one fairly easily using any of several languages. In fact, if you give the parameters, someone here may even write one for you.

Why type of numbers would it do?
