I do it on a regular basis, sometimes once a day, is there anything wrong with that?

Nothing wrong. Better than having sex with someone you don't know very well and contracting an STD.. Like they say.. "90% of all men masturbate and the other 10% are liars.".. I'm sure those figures might apply to women too, but lower percentages..
