First, put little kids on TV looking sad and hungry. Get some bleeding heart to have an "aid" concert for you.
Make sure Hollywood gets involved since they know everything about everything.
By now some liberal will have noticed you and will ask for an emergency session to see just how much money and aid, IE food medicine etc., we can send so your corrupt government officials can get rich on the backs of the citizens.
If that don't do it, you are screwed
