The Arthur Murray website claims a studio in Austin, and I'd bet you'll find at least three or four independent studios in the yellow pages. You may also want to see if UT doesn't offer something, though it'll probably be only a few introductory courses.

Check your community college. I took a course of ballroom back in Portland's community college, so you may beable to find one there. Also maybe look in the phonebook for dance studios and call them.
