when the usa sees bob is your ally they will probobly surrender and forcibly be your ally.

usa will be your ally until its down to you and them then they gonna murder you and go for the gold.

Don't every dream US can be anyone's ally. They are allies of themselves - all the other so called allies are only an illusion. US allies where it suits their own interest (nothing wrong in that I suppose, but the others should not fancy US's support when they require it the most). To summarize, US's best allies are those who serve US's commercial or territorial interests. Remember Iraq once upon a time was a great ally. So don't give up, US becoming your ally - you dont win, by not becoming your ally - you don't win either :-)

If only I knew what an "allis" was, I might be able to answer your question. And it's cus, or because, it's not cause. Don't feel bad though. I'm sure that I cannot speak your language either.
And Puerto Ricans are quite happy being a commonwealth of the US. Unlike Ireland and the great empire.

If you mean Allies. No, they don't give up U.S.A. property. They get vicious about it. I can't think of an instance since 1865, unless it was absolutely useless, like the Philippines, they won't even give up Puerto Rico for God's sake.
