I'm wondering if I'm not drinking healthy enough. I don't drink much water, usually only around a cup every day, because I drink alot of milk instead. Is this bad for me? Should I drink more water and less milk?

if you are on the heavy side yes drink more water, you should drink 80 ounces of water a day besides any other liquids you take in . it will help your body work better, get rid of toxins better and look younger.

How does your skin look? Is it really dry/flakey? Are your lips and or fingers chapped? Do you get cramps in your feet or legs? If not you are probably ok. Milk does have some water in it. If you have a family history of diabetes in your family though, you might want to cut back on the milk because it has a lot of natural sugar in it.

Yes you should drink more water but not with meals. The best time is about 15 minutes before your meal or 2 hours after.
