I think not but if you want to be really sure, check out www.webmd.com and type "swallowing sperm" in the search box and follow the various articles etc. which come up. Sex workers who accept oral sex are forced to swallow the sperm atleast sometimes but don't seem to be worse off for that.

I assume you are really asking about swallowing semen. Sperm are microscopic. No harm so long as there are no infections.

Its only risky if your partner has a ulcer or a cut in there mouth and you are unclean (stds) stuff like that

there is no relative harm, however if you have sores or wounds in your mouth, it MIGHT be possible to contract HIV due to the exchange of bodyly fluids.
