i mean, the joker paralyzed and molested batgirl, killed the second robin. Carnage managed to slaughter a lot of people during maximum carnage. Both are insane muderous psychos, who is worse?

The Joker.
The guy is a total maniac. Joker's way of murdering or killing is much different and unique from the typical slaughtering that most supervillians do including Carnage. So, I feel he's the worst cause he's demented, sick, psycho and extremely maniacal.
Can't wait for The Dark Knight coming summer 2008.

The Joker has also tried to do mass poisoning, putting nerve gas in the Gotham City reservoirs, etc. If he is not a mass murderer, it is not for the lack of trying. In Dark Knight Returns, it was shown that Joker once poisoned 600 people in the TV studio with gas, leaving his trademark grin on their faces.
Has Carnage ever equaled that…?

well the worst would have to be the joker, he's not a super villain like carnage has no real special powers but has yet made most of his enemies suffer, he had kryptonite, takes care of superman, killed the Batman's parents, and one of his partners. The joker far out weighs carnage.

he's INSANE!!! and that's even worse....
I mean, who else would kidnap a dozen babies on Christmas Eve??
oh, and btw, Joker only killed Bruce's parents in some storylines... in most, it was Joe Chill
