It definitely depends on the age, their upbringing, past circumstances, whether they're in love, etc. And of course, their personality and libido have a lot to do with it. As a general rule, I'd guess never before they hit puberty.

It depeneds on the person. Some mature faster than others some do not. I'd say bettween 12 and up
