A lot of people say MAC has great eyeshadows, I somewhat agree...they have lots of great colors but at the same time when I apply it on my eyelids it's not smoothe. I don't think Lancome has good eyeshadows....they're so stiff. I bought some Sugar cosmetics eyeshadows and they're nto that great. SO what I'm asking is....what brand carries the best smoothest eyeshadow that is super silky and is highly pigmented?

urban decay is a great brand
its pure pigment so what you see is what you get and you dont have to worry about putting on layers and layers to get it to the color you see in the container and it goes on really smoothly
mac does have nice colors but it contains soo many fillers that it takes tons of it to get the color you see

Have you tried using an eyeshadow primer? Just a thought.

Good brands that are really smooth are Studio Gear (lots of colours to choose from), Too Faced, Smashbox, Lorac & Amazing cosmetics.

Urban Decay had really nice eyeshadow. So does Smashbox. To make eyeshadow go on smoother, apply eyeshadow primer. The eyeshadow glides on and stays longer!

Try Smashbox. I recently got some palettes and love them. If you don't want powder shadows, you can always try the wet-to-dry ones. Ulta brand works very well. It stays put.

I was going to suggest MAC as well. Possibly a skin prep gel before putting on the shadow may keep it from moving. Smashbox carries a gel you put on before the makeup. Works very well!

If you want something smooth try maybelline dream mousse shadow. it really shows off your eyes, or you can try Color Revolution, its pretty expensive and you can only find it in certain locations but it is highly pigmented
