A soft firm silocone rubber item, designed to fit snugly into your anal canal, where it stays.
Why do this ? Well.... For some people it's plesant just to feel it in there, but for others it's a route to more comfortable anal sex with thier partners as prolonged use of butt-plugs slowly streches ( or dilates ) the anus, and in this way renders you more accomodating, and more easliy penetrated analy.
If anyone reads this, and is thinking " I'm gonna have a go at that" then I must reccomend a few things... Start off with a small plug for a few weeks, and slowly work your way up... Only use items specially designed for anal use (nothing that's not flexible, nothing sharp and think.... 'it goes in easy, it's gotta come out easy too'), if you loose something up there, it's hospital and red faces all round.
Use plenty of lubricant like 'anal-eze' or 'KY jelly' etc, but make sure it's safe with rubber or silicone ).
MOST IMPORTANT Be clean ! Get anti bacterial wipes, and hand scrub... the e-coli bacteria in your anal passage can make you VERY VERY sick !

Sound it out... 'Butt'... 'Plug'... It's pretty self explanatory.
It's a silicone or rubber 'plug' that goes up your... yeah. It's vaguely diamond shaped, small at the top and getting a bit wider, then comes in at the bottom before flaring out at the base. The thin bottom and base keeps it in position, where it should stay, hands free to do other stuff.
And they come in a truly eye watering array of sizes.
