Kissinger was a political realist. This means that he believed in gaining power via military and economic means. Under Nixon he served in two positions, National Security Advisor and Secretary of State. He was one of the main players in getting Nixon to open diplomatic and trade relations with China. He also gets a great deal of credit as being the master mind behind the Paris Peace Accords (ending the Vietnam War) and I believe this is what he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for.

Now he is wanted for international war crimes and cannot travel out of the country, for the most part.

He was Secretary of State under President Nixon and affected foreign policy greatly since he was Nixon's primary advisor on matters of foreign policy.

He did not effect it in any way.
He affected it in many ways. Since he was Secretary of State that was his job. Henry Kissinger was the director and overseer of Foreign Policy at that time.

Henry has been behind a lot of Presidents
he often gives the orders ,he is very high in the illuminati
