I am from upstate NY on the Canadian border. We have four seasons. And every season is unique in it's own way.
Fall, the trees turn colors and its pretty and then they fall off to get ready for the winter.
Winter, the snow is beautiful when it falls. The trees and the ground is pretty. Just very cold and bundle up and you will be fine.
Spring, the snow melts and the geese start to come back and you can see the grass and watch it grow again.
Summer, it very warm and you can go boating on the St. Lawrence River.
I love it here. The only major problem is freezing rain and if you hear about it early, you can go out and get essentials and you will be ok. The rest is fun to live in.

its nice in the spring though and in the summer not too hott
The area is very racially divided . Car factories are the big employers here . There is farming in other towns . but not here cuz this is like a city.The city is known for crime and drugs though.They call it Ponti-crack . I don't live in it directly but outside of it.

I'm from northern California. It's great here, the people are laid back and friendly. The weather is perfect in my opinion. Doesn't get too hot or too cold...with a few exceptions of course. Lots of rain in the winter. Take care :)

central ny, i swear it was pouring this morning and like that it started snowing again. the weather is so unpredictable, but i can deal. as for the town, small town everyone knows everyone. its kinda nice =]
