What I mean is that this type of personality seems to be one that anyone can claim. I've always thought that girls with such personalities lack personality or defining character - so to speak.
I'm sort of worried that if I am just myself, without the sarcasm - which peoople tend to take the wrong way somethimes - people won't take notice of me.
Do you think people with pleasant personalities are boring? What makes people interesting?

Intelligence makes people interesting, and having an interest in others makes them more interesting, as they can share. Skip the sarcasm, it is usually mean spirited and goes nowhere but down. Sweet, simpering girls may be cute, but are boring and turn into weepy nags as they get older. Go for smarts and develop a lot of skills, take classes, meet new people and the ball will keep on rolling. Best wishes

Any kind of personality if is limited is boring. You have to be kind and sweet sometimes...and sarcastic for example other times. Do not be any of each all the time...that will be boring. Anyway sarcasm is not the opposite of kind and sweet. You can be sarcastic in a kind and sweet and intelligent way, say it like fooling around, people that understand will notice that:)

Having a kind, sweet personality isn't boring. On the contrary, it's charming. Why be somebody that you're not? Other than being pleasant, try to cultivate your communication skills. A good conversant makes a person interesting.

People who are sincere and pleasant are not boring. It's those people with the phony smiles and bogus cheerful talk that are boring.
Sarcasm is okay once in a while, but if it is an all-the-time thing, it will get boring. It could possibly make you some enemies, as well.
People are interesting if they are good listeners, offer good advice, show empathy toward others, keep up with current events, and don't get mixed up in political or religious bashing. They are interesting if they don't talk about others behind their backs, and don't spread gossip.

in this world there are diffrent types of people. so kind and pleasent personality is very rarely u found, it is better then others, because the person would be always happy if there is kind and pleasent personality. it is not boring but it is interesting. and u dont underestimate ur self by comparison with others personality. and u find out ur weaknesses u found in ur personality, coz of that u r thinking like this. u find out the weakness and try to solve the problem and u get ur answer.have a nice day

It is never boring... OK, we will never get enough laughs or maybe enough attention... but what the hell, you are that kind of person... a lot of people think that kindness and sweet is boring... but they never see the real you... imagine your life going to around 70... you have real friends. those who are unkind and unsweet are the most boring type... because what they are are unnatural and not long lasting... it is okay for a time being... but in the long run I trust and respect people like you... so go on to what you are right now... they just haven't seen you for who you really are...;-)

No, kind and sweet behaviour is not boring. It is sad that such behaviour may result in the person demonstrating it being treated like a doormat or ignored...kind of a reflection on today's society in some ways...
Kind and sweet is underrated.

I'm over 40 years old, I have a kind and sweet, gentle personality, but I've just learned That I don't HAVE to be that way all the time....Good that you recognize that you are you.
You are not here to satisfy all the people in the world and try to make them feel good.

It's possible to be sweet, kind, AND INTERESTING. All you have to do is take an interest in ppl in general. Ask them questions about themselves, tell them about your beliefs, interests, experiences as well. If you find that they have different points of view, you can agree to disagree without being sassy, rude, or sarcastic. I think the type you are referring to as the sweet, kind, and boring types are ppl who don't share their opinions nor humor - these ppl are in category of their own.

its never the personality that is boring, it is the conversations with people that are. some sweet and nice people have great life experience, while some exciting people say the same things over and over.
its all in the interactions, not the personality.
