I have a Sprint monthly plan.

Does it waste minutes on your plan even if you check your voice mail?

Does it waste minutes if you call from a house phone to check your cell phone voicemail?

yes it does waste minutes. if u make any call it wastes them.

unless if you call at the specific hours they dont charge you, like nights and weekends or what ever your plan supports

Yes, you have to pay for airtime used when checking your voicemail. Calling from your home phone does not use any minutes because you are not using your cell phone.

I try to check my voice mail after 9 pm when my airtime is free - but I'm on Verizon....
