Is there a course of concern here. My testicles are just too small...i mean tiny if anything and once in a while i experiance some dull pain on the one on the right side, now should this be a course of concern and if yes , then how should i go about it?

What makes you think they are too small? Too small for what?

Do you ejaculate normally? If you do, then they are the right size for you. Like everything else, testicle sizes vary.

With regard to your pain, if it continues, see your GP.

There is a condition that is actually very common and it`s called Varicoscele. It`s a varicose vein along the spermatic cord. It can cause a testicle to shrink in size, and eventually leads up to infertility. Go to your family doctor and have them do an ultrasound on your testicles. A dull pain is one of the warning signs of this condition.
