If it's not from lack of sleep, have your doctor check you for allergies.

Chamomile teabags:
This isn't permanent of course but it works: Ideally, you could do this to used teabags but make sure they're still clean since you are to put the bags themselves on your eyes.
put a pair in a plastic cup and chill in freezer until when they're really quite cold - just as the icicles start forming.
when you have your chilled chamomile bags, put either on problem area. about fifteen minutes should do the trick.
If you think the direct teabags seem a bit too much, prepare a cup of chamomile tea. Put that in a plastic container, a wide, shallow one, like those microwaveable boxes so it chills faster, and, because you'll be putting in a small face towel in it, too, which will work as your compress, so please make sure the towel is clean. The tea and towel themselves you may put in the freezer. When it's quite cold, again, just as the icicles are forming, lie down and apply the compress over your eyes. Fifteen minutes or so would be fine.
The chamomile really lightens the dark circles.

you might want to use Hylexin or the generic version brand called Nulexin to reduce dark circles. i spent $30 on Nulexin and have been using for about two weeks now. I have not seen result yet, i guess because i don't use it twice a day. from what i read also that the darker the area, the longer it would take to clear up. i have a friend who work in a place where beauty products are sold. he told me that one customer comes in at least once a month to buy Hylexin (which is cost more than $100). My friend said he noticed the dark circles had faded slightly from the last time he saw the customer. since that product was too expensive for me, i bought Nulexin.

Well the best way is to get more sleep but if that does not work you can use a base or concealer that is one shade lighter than your normal base, and go under your eyes with it then cover with powder. This does a pretty good job of concealing those dark circles.

Maybelline Coverstick Concealer is #1 sold
in the U.S.A. Most drug stores let you
return opened item for exchange if wrong
shade. A light amount of powder on a puff
will set it in place morning to night. Same
shade as your complexion or one step
lighter has best results. Hides my rubber
tire marks real well!

Well lutein can really help. You can find in most protein drinks at King Supers or Safeway. Otherwise use a gel filled eyes mask and put it in the refridgerator for 10 minutes and put it on your face for 10 more minutes.

Get more sleep. They are usually caused by a lack of sleep. If that doesn't help, it is probably allergies causing them. In that case, you will need to see a doctor.
